Not supplying the GAS with correct mesurement and open seal

CONSUMER NO : 39368 (INDANE GAS)

I am to state that the Indane Gas Cylinder suuplied to me by the Kiran Gas Agency are with open seal and with under weight. The vendor who supplies the Gas Cylinder always brings the Wighing Machine which is not in proper order. On rechecking the cylinder with correct mesurement, it is found that the Cylinder weights less than 2-3 Kgs. Repeated complaints to vender and telephonic compliants to the Gas Agency is not being attended to.

It is, therefore, requiested that suitable corrective action may be taken against the irring Agency.
