Regret of claim by Royal Sundaram

I am a Royal Sundaram (RS) Policy holder since 5 years. I have pre existing disease (Kidney problem). This was known to RS representative, but he has forced me to take the policy saying it will cover hospitalization expenses. I never claim for 4 years, after that I confirmed from RS customer service that after 4 years Pre-existing disease are also covered in insurance and hence I submitted claim. Which was regreted saying 'Pre eisting diseases are not covered. This year I again contacted and got a written document saying preexisting diseases are covered after 5 years. I again submitted claim which was again regretted.

RS regrets the claim after one month of submission, so that we can not submit the same paper to another insurance (I have group insurance in my company). this way in last one year I have lost around Rs. 55000.
