We have bought a 1500 KVA trnasformer from Kirloskar Electric CO. LTd, for supplying it to Railways for our 33/11 kV Sub-Station. It Failed within a Gurantee Period and from last 4 month we ar follwing company people with no result. After great persuant they have lifted the transformer for repairing, but after taking the transformer to their factory, they again become unapproachable for answering, when we will get our Transformer.
