I had purchased a saree from KIRTI SAREE CENTRE, 616, SADASHIV PETH, LAXMI ROAD, PUNE 411030, on 25/03/08 via Bill NO 10980 Amount Rs. 1465/-, paid the Bill through ICICI Credit Card.
We have given the above saree for Linning, Pickow & Blouse total (Amount 280/- Bill of tailor is available) making to a tailor and came to know on 08/04/08 that there is a company defect in the saree, as saree was torned off from the folding linning.
We reported the same defect to KIRTI SAREE STORE on 08/04/08 at 6:30 pm. But the shokeeper refused to replace the saree or refund the invested money (Saree cost Acessories cost) total amount Rs. 1745/- and misbehaived with my family on the matter.
We are in delima as we have invested our hard urn money, but shopkeeper is refusing to refund.
I request to provide me justice on the above case against KIRTI SAREE CENTRE, Further request Maharashtra CII to black list such cheeter Shopkeepers.
