Long breakdowns of net connection

To whom it may concern,

I P. Bala Kishan, my id is 315281884281, iam a new connector of Reliance Broadband Wireless connection, itz hardly 20 days iam using ur Broadband serices. Here is a complain from me, that long interruptions occur almost in night traffic. itz becoming very, very difficult to do my work at home. iam losing my online data work. plz try to rectify the problem as soon as possible and try to maintain continues unbreakable connectivity of Broadband Service. If this problem continues as same, i withdraw connectivity. plz rectify my problem n make sure of this.
