I had applied for a LPG connection with M/s Kleen Gas Agency- Indane Distributor at Bhubaneswar before 10 months with valid ID, Adress and Affidavit. I was told by staff that my serial number is 1086 and they will issue me allotment letter once my turn comes. It has been 10 long waiting period, I am yet to receive any allotment letter from them. On enquiry I found that now reference number 1500 is running and my serial numbr 1086 is yet to come. The propritor tell me that they had sent in registered post but it has come back. Please come in some free time, we will see. I have gone not less then 15 times but no reply. Is this the way the system should function? Only because I prefer not to bribe any one I have to pay for choosing the right path? Is there no audit for pending case by IOCL on whose behalf these people do business? If there is no stock of new connection, then How come Gas is available in black market? Who is supplying to them? These people are not in a mood to serve common people like us? I want my connection at the earliest and please do the needful or else it will be a defeat of what is right.
