Myself and around 20 others used to work in this company for over a year and a half, we all undertook several stages of selection processess and also paid for our job training supposed to be completed in 3 months maximum as told to us during our selection process.
We were told to pay Rs 75000 for training so all together with tax it comes to Rs 84000 and we were told that training will be completed in 2 months and from third month onwards you will receive Rs 5000 as salary and then after sometime it will be incremented. But they dont want us to complete the training in 2 months so they keep on continuing it untill 9 months when we were fed up and asked about this treatment. Then they paid 2 months salary. At the time of selection we were told that we would be sent to US on H1B visa as software consultants and this company has got several clients there so after giving 2 months salary they asked us to pay Rs 75000 again for H1B visa .which most of us paid and the main thing is that after december we came to know that visa results are out and we asked them how many of us got visa and they told none, actually they didnt even applied for it.
Again we were sent to Maharashtra, and all other locations for project implementations and they wont give us any money for our expenditure and they ask us to stay there for a month or even more without arranging any proper facilities. We were spending money from our home and the company was not interested in giving us any help. They were exploiting us and all this without giving salaries for 7 months, and no amount is given for the expenditures we incured. We were asked to stay in dormitories also.
When we go to client side in Maharashtra and all they tell us they have arranged everything for our stay and sometimes give Rs 1500 or so.so we think we just have to pay for food only but on reaching hotel reception we will come to know its not a room itsa dormitory with 8 beds and common bathrooms and they have not even booked it and paid advances, so we have to pay from the cash they gave and nothing will be left for food and travelling, we were starving. Our parents used to sent money wort Rs 15000 or more for our stay there.
Now we all have to get our cash back and all the amount we lost for our client side visits, Myself has to get Rs 21000 for my salary and expenses and others around Rs 75000 or more. When I resgned from the company in February they told me they will pay me by July and then they asked me to revise it and they told on or before august 30th they will settle my payments and asked me to call them, When we call them they wont pick it up and even if they pick it they tell they are in meeting so and so. Then I had sent some 5 or more emails to almost all of the director board members all of them brothers, they wont reply and still upto this date they have not settled it.
When we say that we might file case against you they say if you do like that we know how to tackle that and one staff filed case against them and they somehow cleared it and they charge some case against that staff who staged compliant. So they are cheating us in a very dramatic and ugly way please do something.
Please... Some of us have taken loans to pay for visa...
Please act fastly... so that we all get justice.
