KMG Infotech Ltd
Not received salary

I worked for KMG infotech ltd., from sep 06 till august. I resigned from my job on 13th July after resigning I served one month notice period at KMG infotech i.e till 13th August.

KMG infotech has to do full and final settlement for me, the full and final settelement amount includes 13days salary, LTA which was promised in the offer letter, earned leaves. I should get around 1 lakh amount from KMG INfotech pvt ltd., .

When I contacted HR or any manager's in KMG infotech, they are not ready to talk to me and also they will not reply to any of my emails.

I need justice here... I have lot of financial commitments which needs to be settled.

Please help me with this.
