Poor management and they are cheate

This resort management is big cheater bcoz of that management i lost my happiness with my family 1.they told they will provide good matress for extra person but they provided very dirty matress 2.while booking the room thro phone call they told one price and while reaching they are coding other price 3.they told 24hrs hot water when we reach the room there is water heater then how could we get hot water continously4.very expensive but useless resorts i dont know how they are saying as four star resort very poor management i lost my holidays bcoz of them
