PATHETIC Customer Care. Suggest you rename it to Customer Scare. I bought a Kodak Camera recently and was to get 1 travel voucher and 1 flight voucher along with it. I got the camera but without the free gifts. Subsequent attempts to contact customer care have all failed as I get put on hold for 30 minutes each time before I hang up. However, bulk mail peddling other probably equally phoney offers continue!
