I Mr. Basavaraj G Abbai worked in Kombyne Transpak Pvt Ltd., Bangalore Branch for 6years 4 months & 15 days (Date of Joining 19-09 Date of Resignation 09-02) Due to domestic problems I have resigned from Service on 09-02-09 till then I have not received my Gratuity and arears of Bonus for 08

So, I request you to please help me out how to get my gratuity and Bonus amount from them
