Misleading/ fake promise/cheating

Dear Sir,

This company kool club india is a Mumbai based friendship club which operates in india and you can also get there information on site and times of india newspaper ads.

Sir there customer care girls are misleading and promising fake words which they are not fullfilling.

I have asked to deposit a sum of 10000/ - rs from my icici accoount to there icici bank account online.

I want my money back . pls help me inthis matter i want some advice from your end.
