i was purchased (on 25/10) a Koryo Home Theater with Passion DVD player at saharamall Gurgaon. But the home theater is not working properly (3 speakers and the woofer are totaly not working). i was (open the and checked the both on 02/11) make a compliant on 03/11. but till no response for taking care. 03/11 daily i am calling the koryo customer care, they are told to me today evening, today evening... daily the same answer. also, i was taked to gurgaon sahara Mall customer care... till no response... Now what can i take the next step?..
