Hi,

i recived an sms from kotak credit card on 8th october my airwaybill.no:8063000234.i have not recived till now.if i call to this customer care number 42692028, 42692031, 48089165, there are not picking the call.i have not recevied any call from courier guys but its showing consingee not available.
