My policy no. 01082775, payment made by ecs on monthly basis i.e. Rs.1250/-, payment date is 19th of every month, but I am receiving sms on 12th of every month, that thank you for your payment, subject ot cheque realisation, and very next day I receive sms that your renewal premium of Rs.1250/- towards policy no 01082775 is due on 19th, kindly ensure balance to honour ECS debit.
