Bank DENYING to givie Identification Proof for IEC Code

I, Abdul nafees wanted to start import business

for which IEC Code is required

IEC code application form requires Photo ID from Bank letter head stating we have an account with them

We have opened an account with Kotak bank in April

When i submitted the form along with my photo was submitted to Mr. Srinivas from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Lavelle Road Bangalore, i was informed that i will get it in 7 working days

It has been 1.5 months we have been following but all calls/visits to the bank in valin

Finally on pushing we have to come to know that bank does not give

thereby our opening of business was affected

The service given by Kotak is pathetic...
