Dear Sir/ Madam, I have been following with Kotak Bank for an amount which has been debited to me on my credit card against late payment charges since 2nd Aug and till now I have not got what I am seeking for, I will sir just brief the whole episode. I had applied for a credit card being an employee I got the same.

My first bill which was sent to me was paid in full at one go.

The second bill was not recvd and as It was a new card I paid the bill between 15th and 17th but later on when I recd the consequent bill I realized that the date was on 10th, and when I called them up they said being an employee you would have to get a waiver from your business head otherwise would have reversed the same.

I told them as I have already resigned and the mistake is from your end why should I ask the waiver from my business head?

And from that day after so many reminders I got a waiver of Rs 350.00 and have been asked to pay the rest of the amount.

And to top it up they have marked me as a default customer, I am very sure that there is not even a single penny of purchase which I have made on this card.
