I have applied for a credit card with Kotak Mahindra Bank and they dispatch the credit card thru this irresponsible (Express It) courier (courier dispatched on 16-Sep-08 AWB number : 8070724410) some one called me on 20-Sep telling there is a courier and need landmark of my house I explained the same to him nearly 10 min and then he told he is in office today and he will bring it to my home tomrrow but that tomorrow didn't come. After 7 days I got the courier company number who can atleast pick up the phone after great difficulty.
I request to take severe action so that atleast some one in furure should not be affected like me
