Very very poor customer support and no systems in place

I have availed a home finance loan from kotak mahindra almost 3 months back, i have still not recd the home loan kit . i have tried to call kotak infinite times (on following nos : 66782307, 66782320, 21) these are answered only by coincidence . i have also availeda home loan protection plan which was foorced on to me (they said it is compulsory otherwise loan will not be sanctioned, which is a restrictive trade practice) and paid a premium of 21 K rs, i still not recd receipt of the same and hence could not avail tax benfit this year, even for a paltry document like pricipal and interest statment for the year, i was required to go to their branch near vakola mumbai 2 times ans was made to wait for almost 2 hrs before being attended . they are least bothered about the agony theirt customers are made to go thru .before being associated with them i was banking with HDFC, they did not give me a chance to complain for 3 yrs (jut to tell that it is not in my nature to complain). i hate myself for opting for kotak home finance. My details of home loan are (acc no : 2132050), MY CONTACT NO IS : 9833700473), I ALSO KNOW THAT no body will even bother to read all this bullshit, but iam only taking a chance that some cutomer may read this and deter from opting for kotak mahindra, i also know that i have made a lot of spelling errors while writing this complaint, but i am not in a mood to go for spell check
