Worst Service ever by any Trading Service Provide

Kotak Securities is a third class service providers in Trading World. It is really shame that, you are not able to action one of my query from last 2 weeks.

History :

I opened an account with Kotak securities from Pune in last week of April 09. I gave all the necessary information and required documents. So I received the kit at my home address correctly. I activated my trading account and did some trading. Next day, my password has been locked when I attempted for 2-3 times. Then I click on the Forgot password link and it shown me message "Your password will be sent to your email address".

Problem:

For 2 days, I did not receive password on my this email ID. When I called the call centre, they told me that there is typo error in my email ID while registering it to Kotak database. So my email ID registered in Kotak is wrong with extra "S". Then one of call centre lady told me that, as it is a typo error from our side, we do not required any document and we will update it asap (It was great commitment from Call centre lady and I was really glad to hear that).

But for next couple of days my Id was not updated in the system. When I called for the same, the call centre lady told me that, they need some documents to change my Email ID. I was amazed because, first day somebody told me that they do not require any doc as it is typo error from your side. but after 2 days same story with documents required scene. I do not understand It was not my fault for making the email ID registration wrong in KOTAK database. So why I should give a documents to your pune branch (wasting my time, money, petrol).

As It was my need and none of you care for the same, I gave the docs to pune branch and asked for the email ID updation.

Till today I am hearing that

1) my documents has not reached,

2) reached but we do not written communication from branch for the documents.

So till now no email ID updation happens and till today I do not have my password for logon to trading account. Instead loosing or gaining money on trading, I am loosing it on my calls to your call centre. May be I used to call everyday to your office for my emailID updation.

I am really fistrated with your service and will tell to my all frnds and colleagues do not ever go to kotaksecurities for any trading account. You are the worst Trading Service ever I had in my life.

Please guide me to close this account asap. As I am opening the trading account with another service providers.
