i want to give some feedback about your franchise store:

i bought two items (gents capri and knickers) for my son on 26-07 for rs780. and my son was not with me at that moment so as he could try it for the perfect fit size. so i talked to the dealer if i cud exchange it later if it doesnt fit properly. and that time he agreed whole heartedly that i cud exchange for the size at anytime. after my son tried the capri it didnt fit him and so he went to exchange it for a smaller size. and at that time the dealer refused to do it and started making excuses and forced him to come to again tomo... he is studying at jalandhar and he goes on monday morning at 7am and comes back at weekends only... and i just bought it for him so that he cud wear it... but the dealer didnt try to understand a single thing and sent him back that he wud not exchange it that time... and wen i called him for the same he didnt listen to me even and instead of solving the problem he started making excuses that his computer software was faulty... i am really regretting after buying the items from your showroom and i dont think i would like to buy from it again... i have also posted the same complaint at the public website http://www.icomplaints.in/ about your company.
i would like to advice you to guide your retailers for better customer service and satisfaction...
