I am Balvinder Singh, Cell. : 9811486080. A day before Rakhi I went to D-6/6, Krishna Nagar, Koutons Showroom (Jai Faishion). I selected a shirt and ask for the price to salesman he told me Rs. 460 but when counter holder make the bill I look they are making the bill of Rs. 690. When I ask them why are you over charging they told me we can't do anything please talk to Koutons Dealers.
Actually Staff told me the 80% discounted price. But A lady making bill she is charging 70% discount.
and unfortunately that shirt was defected but they are not exchanging it. This is Koutons showoom is very irresponsible and fraud.
Director and Management of Koutons should close this showroom. In all the newspapers and TV add they are asking for 80% discount. But they are giving only 70%.
