I had bought 2 trousers on 22-7-08 from Red Rose Distributors P. Ltd. (memo no. SRSR-0000257), consignee agent of Koutons Retail India Ltd. located on 35B, Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Bhowanipore, Kolkata.
These people have absolutely no regard for customers and are resorting to unfair business practices which will result in a deterioration of your brand image. They had kept both (1 black and the other light cream coloured) for alteration for which they had taken a separate charge. On receiving them, I saw the light coloured one had stains all over which they accepted had happened during the alteration process, but very blankly said they would not do anything about and that I should get it dry cleaned to try and remove them. This response has left me awestruck and I would never like to shop there again let alone recommending it. This experience has left a very sour taste.
I hope you will take action against the franchise and such malpractice.
