Adjustment of Rs.- in Reliance data card bill

We have a Reliance Data card which Relationship No is-2874482605 & Data card no is 9313596005 in the name of Krishna Maruti Limited.

In the month of September we call the Reliance executive to activate International roaming on same no. The executive advise us to submit of Rs.- (Refundable security amount) to Reliance Communication & we do accordingly & deposit Rs. - vide Receipt No-13200 to PRIYA ENTERPRISES, (A Reliance Web World Express Franchisee), Office:33/2, Hari nagar, Opp. Ananj mandi, Near NH-8, Gurgaon-12 Haryana. Mob.9312207517, 9350507517, Tel-0124-3255219, 3242526. on dated 19/09.

Now we have not the requirement of international roaming, so we give a written request to same Franchisee & take the receipt of the same and request for post paid to praeaid dated 09/06.

But they have not taken any action on same and our bill is increasing & they have not adjust our same amount.

So you are requested to please take corrective action.
