Failed transaction money refund

Sir- i had booked the ticket through credit card, but the transaction failed, i am yet to receive the refund. as given the the website the email id/ ohone numbers dont work.i have mailed it to ksrtc regarding this but have not received reply, nobody answers the phone or they disconnect at ksrtc.

kindly let me know wht to do?
