Not issuing ticket and the remaining change

I am software company employee and I daily travel from Marathahalli to Whitefield (Both volvo and ordinary bus). I have experinced so many times that most of the conductors (Male) are not issuing tickets inspite of asking so many times. They dont even give the remaining change if its a small amount.for example 2 rupees or 5rupees. If we ask they will speak very rudely. Please take any immediate action because many people are facing the problem with bus conductors.
