No Option of Cancellation of Tickets

There is no Option of Cancellation of Tickets for the tickets which are booked online. There is no specific information given about the same.

I had booked a ticket through my friend. As i could not travel, i wanted to cancel, but there is no specific information about cancellation procedure. I called some KSRTC officials (MGBS No:040 24656430) and they said that the cancellation has to be done by going physically to the Depo .(max 1 hour after departure of the bus/[one person said max 1 hour before the departure of the bus]). There is no clarity about the info.

By the time i could find this info, the person (whose Number i got said: "its 1hr 20 minutes past, so you wont be getting any refund :()
