Issued duplicate ticket

I booked a ticket from Sringeri to Bangalore on 1st April in a KSRTC booking counter near the Sringeri Temple for a Rajahamsa bus which departured at 22.30 from Sringeri to Bangalore for seat nos. 23, 24.

To my surprise I was issued a duplicate ticket and hence conductor did not accept the same. The same tickets were issued to another 2 people the same day.

We were ladies and at that time how we get another ticket.

Such type of actions need to take care.
