I, Chetana Acharya, aged 22 years and residing at Udupi, had booked one seat in KSRTC Rajahamsa Bus for 30.08.2011 10.10 PM from Mysore to Udupi with seat Number 3 through an agent at INFOSYS Campus Mysore. On 30.08. I left Infosys campus by Volvo bus to Mysore Bus Stand to board Udupi bus.after reaching bus stand, I found that the ticket which I kept at my hip pocket was missing. I contacted controller of KSRTC at Mysore and informed the matter. He rudely said, " Lost the ticket? Go and sit in the seat and purchase the ticket again". He never want to listen me in spite of my showing the identity and also my name is appearing in the trip sheet. Since the bus was about to leave the station, I had no option but to board the bus and purchase the ticket again by paying Rs 346/-(Ticket no 128460) as I was alone and nobody was there to help. I sat on the same seat number 3 which I was reserved earlier.

Hence I request you to help me in getting the amount Rs346/- back.
