230 deo fresh refrigerator from electrolux
Not provided the service properly even model is under warenty period

Dear Sir,

I had purchased one refigerator model-230 Deo fresh-210ltrs from Jyoti elctronics kalyan (contact no.-9320248300 & 02512206038) on dated 31.07.08.The same was having the problem of water leak. The complaint was logged threetimes in customer care from dated 20.04.09.But till date the complaint was not resolved. The complaint nos are THA0505090120, THA1405090140, THA2305090464 etc.

Also the service person visited the house behaves rudely.

Hence I have request you to please help me out to resolve my problem.

(The piece is under warenty period of one year.)
