Kundan Hyundai Pune or Kundan Cars Pvt Ltd, Pune, belong to Kundan Group. They also have hotel in Pimpri area. They are a Dealer of very bad repute. Not just Mr Chadha, but sales people like Vijaya, Dexter and all their other staff have a very bad way of talking. Most of them do not talk nicely and their whole modus operandi of doing business is 15-20 years old. It is certainly not the way business of this size is done these days. Probably, they have learnt their lessons wrong. For some reason, Kundan Hyundai is treating every customer badly. Unless if you are connected well, you will probably feel someone tortured you. I can tell you that for sure. I have live examples. Anyone dealing with Kundan Hyundai them should not talk too much with them, its a waste of only your time. For them, it is business as usual. Once you have made the payment, they will not call you or respond to your calls unless you are willing to approach the police or use other channels of dealing with such people.
If there is a chance pay Rs. 10, 000/- more to Sanjay Hyundai or Kothari Hyundai and get your car. The problem with dealership is not that there are few dealers but a lot of people do not even talk about their experiences with Kundan Hyundai. Also, if you have already booked your car with Kundan Hyundai, please check your documents thoroughly, chances are that your documents will have incorrect address, incorrect engine or chasis number, incorrect name, wrong calculation of the total amount (for example, the total sum of sales value of the car will be inflated i.e. 2 2 might be totalled as 5 instead of 4). Please do not accept the car or any documents unless they are corrected. Please approach police or register a consumer complaint with the consumer redressal forum.
