On Wednesday, 29th October, at as 1.44am i was sent a transaction message that my salary account was credited with N19, 228. So on 30th Thursday, as at 3.00pm during the banking section i went to withdrawn N3, 000.00 with my ATM card at Gtbank Ikorodu branch. On 2nd of November i went to GTbank Idumota branch to withdrawn some money in my Account through the counter because my ATM card has expired on the month of October, but i was told that there is no money in my bank account and i requested to check the balance in my account which was N2.38k. I went back to the Gtbank Ikorodu branch to make complaint on the account and i was assured that the problem will be rectified by 6.00p.m on that day. But due to the expired of the ATM card i couldn't check it on day. I went GTbank Idumota branch to check the balance through the counter i was told that the problem was not rectified yet and i went back to GTbank Ikorodu branch to make the complaint but to my surprise, another sorry was told that I withdrawn N19, 000 on 30th October which is not correct. All my effort to get my money back proof abortive. please kindly help me to credit my account back with the sum of N16, 000 because i dont have any money to live on this month.
