Sub. : Credit Payment Dispute (CPD) of my Adorn Credit Card no. 4384 5999 8525 8481.
Dear Sir / Madam,
With reference to above mentioned subject I request you to cancel my payment of CAD$99.00 for the product 'Personalised Study Guide to Canada / Study' with the Tax Invoice No. 1483671 and Bank Ref. no. VXJR2F7C080E dtd.26/10 through, online, my adorn credit card no. 4384 5999 8525 8481.
The fact is that I just check the online system of 'Migration expert' on www.migration expert.com for the student visa of 'Canada' and I did give the answer, online, of questions randomly and fill the payment box by giving my above mentioned credit card no. and click the 'Proceed' button to see what action has been taken by the system but after 2/3 seconds I did a click on 'Stop' button of web page the process was stopped by the same action. After 10 minutes I got a mail from 'Migrationexpert' with a message- 'Thank you for your payment'. When I read it I was surprised that how it had been happened as was 'Stopped' the process of payment within 2 seconds and I had not received any confirmation message on the same page so I wrote a question and request them to cancel my order after log in through my user name at 'Support' level of 'Migrationexport'. I got a positive reply from them on 27/10 that they will cancel my order within 10 days after deducting 10% of Invoice Price but I again requested them to refund me the full amount of the Invoice on 27/10. the detail of the same is attached herewith.
Once again I request you to cancel my payment of CAD$99.00 and credit the same to my above mentioned card no. or as per your convenience.
Please do positive as soon as possible after verifying the documents attached herewith and oblige.
