Insanitation of unrinals

Sir,

There is a urinal in Vardhman Vatika talab road in Tri Nagar Delhi-35. This urinal is rendered useless due to insanitery conditions. There is no body to get it cleaned. Several attempts to get it cleaned went in vein. It is requested to get it cleaned at the earliest and oblige.
