Landline/broadband connection
Have not yet recieved the landline and broadband connection applied

Hi.. I have applied for a landline and broadband connection recently and was told that i would recive the connection within one week. but the line man who came to check, when contacted told that it would take more 10 days to give the connection. Please help me get the connection fast, orelse i will have to swtich to some private operator!!
