Bill not received in Bank account

Dear Sir,

I have been making payment throuth the ECS from ICICI Bank.

I have not received the bill for the previous month and due date is also over as appeared from the hard copy of bills received from Courier. Please advice how to make the payment and what amount. It is not my fault and it is not possible for me to visit your telephone house and queue for the payment. please let me know if the sending bill to my bank account is problamatic from my side.

Please note that i am unable to make payment till i received the bill in my ICICI bank account.
