Regret to inform you that land line no – 0250- 2435306 is down from past two months and there is no action from M/s BSNL even though there are many complaint logged & complaint no – 8359
Written complaint submitted on 3rd Aug 09. There are many more complaint in manual complaint register available at Nalasopara E exchange
I would request you to please ensure that the phone will be active with in next 3 working days.. BSNL is such a reputed company only because of few irresponsible officer / technician / line in charge it is losing the fame
I would appreciate in case you will act on this complaint
In case there will be no action from your end I will be compelled to go to court against M/s BSNL.
