Land line/WLL
Telephone surrendered - refund not yet received

This is to inform you that I had previously BSNL landline connection at Savarkar nagar and when I have shifted in another flat at Sumon Apartment at Savarkar Nagar, I did'nt get my landline shifted from the previous flat due to connection facility was not available at that apartment and due to this reason finally, Anandvalli Exchange has given me WLL connection.

Now, As I have shifted to my Own flat at the below address, I have surrendered my WLL instrument at Anandvalli Exchange vide receipt No. 135 dt.14/6 and application form for closure/surrender of telephone was submitted at Canada corner on 26th May.

Further, even after surrendering the instrument around 25 days has passed and I have not got my refund yet.
