We were tavelling in 2nd class devagiri express on 3rd of may which starts at mumbai at 9.05 pm

towards hyderabad.

my complaint is we took a tatkal tkt but most surprising part is there was no TC to check the tkts and the whole train (reserved compartments) were full with unreserved passengers.

i would like to ask this when we book 2 months in advance and for tatkal we pay extra, what is the fecility u r providing.

i want my money back, b'cause i was sharing my birth with 5 more unreserved people.

being a lady and travelling with my son i faced a lot of problem (even going to the toilet)

MOST IMPORTENT THING IS THERE WAS NO TC IN THE TRAIN.

PLEASE CHECK THIS MATTER AND GET BACK TO ME
