Dear Sir,
I have BSNL broadband connection for tel
no.23154649 (Rajajinagar). I would like to bring to your kind notice
that since the last 3 months from Jan-March my
telephone bill is excessively billed inspite of lower
usage of broadband connection. In this regard, I have
tried unsuccessfully to lodge complaints. I have not
been able to get in contact with the telephone numbers
given by the BSNL call center to contact the concerned
officers as none of them have bothered to pickup the
phone and answer the grieved customers. I am very sorry
for such pathetic service by BSNL.I advise you to
kindly look at the service of other private operators
and their customerfriendly service. If the same
pathetic service continues by BSNL, please be assured
you will be losing many customers shifting to other
better service providers.
Hereby I request you to kindly refund the excess
payment made by me for the billing of tel no.23154649
for the months of Jan and Feb and kindly send
corrected bill for the of March that is also
excessively billed. If the excess payment made for the
months of Jan and FEb is not refunded immediately
by the BSNL, we have no option but to approach the
customer court and bring this BSNL pathetic servicthe
in the media for general awareness of the public.
