Out going barred

I had taken add on connection on my husbends mobile no. on 30/09/08 and submitted all required documents same day.

On 06/10/08 outgoing calls were barred by saying that documents did not reach in you office. This is not my responsibility to send documents in your head office.

Check it on ur part as still now my outgoig is not working.

If you are unable to provide good service to your customers then tell me I will go for some other company.
