Compulsory item with new connection

Hi Sir,

I am leaving in ahmedabad (bopal area). Can you please inform me how many item are compulsory which we have to take from inden gas agency when we get new connection?

Because, some gas agency are doing business under new connection release. they give us gas stove (Rs. 1900), Appron (Rs. 270), 10 kg rice etc.. When we ask them is this compulsory with new connection then they reply yes.

Please sir, send me information about item list which are compulsory during new gas connection.
