I've been relocated from Delhi to Bangalore and i had booked my things by using Laxmi Packers and movers, their address is Plot no.404, Main Najafgarh Road, Near Railway Crossing, Bijwasan, New delhi-45.

They have committed to me they'll send my things with in 10 days and I'm calling to them last 15 days and they are delaying and not telling to me when my things will reach to me. I'm feeling guilty on my self why i have used their services and biggest mistake in my life which i have made.
I'm looking help on this and please guide me on this what to do?
