Agarding refund

Dear Sir,

I had book a plot of 200 sq yds in the project name drona city in the name of Pramod Kumar Dixit. The company name was Lakshmi vatika limited. I paid rs 101000/- for book a plot now every one knows this company is fraud.when can i get money plz sort out my problem or should i forget money. I have lodge my complaint with Economic offence wing also. Plz help us as soon as possible.at present Mr. D K Agarwal the M D of co. is under custody of crime branch Delhi Police.
