Dear Sir,
We have purchased a EWS Home from LDA. But Allotee No. - E-139 Ravikhand, Sharda Nagar Yojna) has been opened a illegal door and window and ramps in his back side of home, this back side is coming in front of my Home, Sir the ramp is taking 2 to 3 Feet of my Front portion, If i want to put window on second floor than its not possible due to this illegal ramp.
Also Allottee No. - 140 has been opened illegal window in back side of his home.
Sir as per LDA Map nobody can open the door and window in backside. But they have opened, we are feeling very odd. We have registered our complain on LDA website but not any satisfactory response. Our Property No. is E - 157, Ravikhand, EWS, Sharda Nagar Yojna, Lucknow. Also I tried to contact telephonically but no any response in this regard.
I need true justice maybe i shall be found through this application.
