Courier delaying

Dear Sir,

This is in the reference of our courier no z77550056 which has been delivered on 24/10 from Ferrolite jointing Faridabad.

& we have not recieved this courier till date (after 8 days).

This courier is too much important.

Secondly there are two courier service working in rewari for Bawal Supply. I dont Know exectaly which service is Authorised by your company.

I have a kind request to you please take this matter on priority & make delivery fast & tell us clearly who is Authorise person For Rewari Branch.
