Misplaced my Form 16 nad not taking responcibility to given it back

Hello Sir/Madam,

Herwith I want to register a complaint against my previous employee i.e. Lear Automotive Inida Ltd.

When I approched my last compant HR (Mr. Amit Chandak) for my last year Form 16 he informed me that it was misplaced by company. They are not taking responsibility to give it back to me.

Please inform me what I shall do to proceed further and get my Form 16.
