Leather Roll On Computer bag
One of the wheels have gone out

I have been using the bag. It seved me well. During my ast trip I found that one of the wheels is misssing. I was in Hyderabad. They told me they don't have the spare. I took the bag to your Gariahat, Kolkata shop from where I have purchased it. After about a week they told me that they would replace the base at acost of Rs. 550/- which is Rs. 100/-more than the quoted price at hyderabad.

I thought you must be having some standard price for replacing any small parts.
