Sir, In lekha office [basice siksha parisad] satuated at normal school building in distric bastic uttar pradesh . in this office the clerk and officer torcher the teacher and other office member. They gave dhoka to the goverment too. Igive you few point.

1- IF Any teacher wants to G.P.F.Lone then he pay advance in ratio of one lakh pe five thousand otherwise the lone could not pass.

2--If pay budget send timely to the goverment but the cleark show any resion and do not cut cheak.

3--Im this depat thear are no of Bill[ which is passed ] but not cut cheak .some bill is those persion who deth few year ago . the money take sepratly.

4&tn many year the clerk take the same banch with the help of Lekhaadhikari
