Refusal to give free gift

Hi,

This is in regards with with Ref code RED97295662925986 .Purchase date : 26/10/08: Customer name: Suvarna Jawalkar.

Our claim status for a Titan Watch & a Philips Mp3 player was rejected due to a serial number mismatch while online registration.

Due to some confusion the Model number was written instead of the serial number. But we have submitted all the relevant documents which are sufficient to prove the purchase is authentic. Upon contacting your customer center their executive Mr Sharad straightly refused to help in this matter. We had purchased this laptop because of the gifts on offer. We are ready to send them any other proof they may require for the verification.

Since our purchase is genuine & we carry all the proofs we are surely eligible for the gifts. Requesting you to look into the matter. Please help us.
